Code of conduct easyHR is committed to - keep confidential all information collected related to the client ‘s activity and personnel, - accepting mandates or assignments for which they are qualified, - maintain objectivity and impartiality in making recommendations to the client. easyHR’s relationship with its clients is based upon a mutual exchange of information providing maximum transparency. We encourage feedback and comments from the client throughout the process. The relationship with a client is considered a “true partnership” with mutual commitment and confidence. We strive to add value and maintain the utmost efficiency at all times. easyHR will not take on an assignment where there could be a conflict of interest. If a conflict arises during the course of the mandate, the client will immediately be informed. Integrity, intellectual objectivity and consideration for others characterize relationship between easyHR and the client. |
